I loved the location of the hotel. It is in walking distance to everything downtown including the lake! The staff is helpful. We were in the continental suite. It had a lot of space. The balcony overlooked the brook and out door pool area. It was a pretty sight. It had a separate bedroom from the main areas. I was not happy with how uncomfortable the bed was. It was awesome! We went for spring break and everything was perfect. Our room looked brand new. New furniture and a clean carpet. It smelled new too. You can text them if you need anything and they’ll assist you instantly. The staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely will be back again.

The place and location is great, however; I travel to this area 1 week a month every month, this is my first time staying here. Tonight is my last night, of a week I just stayed here, and not one night did I get a peaceful full night's sleep. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, from about 10pm until around d 4am, it sounded like people were playing football outside in the hallway next to my room and directly above my room. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!!
