Look elsewhere! Receptionists called late last week and urged us to come in for follow up appointment to discuss our daughters radiology scan. When we asked if our daughter needed to attend, the receptionists said 'yes, it is routine'. We attended today, waited 1 HOUR, spoke with Dr who had no idea about the scans and daughter was not assessed by Dr. This could, and should, have been done over the phone. We have been going here for about 2 years now my husband , myself & our toddler. We’ve had only positive experiences and seen two different doctors there a number of times. Recently I called on Tuesday morning asking for help as our insurance needed a form sign by my son’s GP before we could go ahead with the surgery the next day. There were no appointments available however they were super helpful & understanding and that same day the doctor called to get the form done. I chose to write this review as i see a couple of negative ones - been going here for over 20 years they are caring efficient but also very busy- doctors are fantastic - i recommend dr wick and dr Kris all of them actually are all really good. They run a tight ship.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic, particularly with the front desk staff. The reception team is rude and treats patients in an unprofessional manner. One receptionist named Caroline seems to have a clear issue with non-Australians – her attitude is not just unfriendly but outright dismissive. She lacks basic manners, making patients feel undervalued and disrespected. Such behaviour is unacceptable in a place that should prioritise the comfort and wellbeing of its patients. I was making a telehealth appointment and the lovely lorrella the receptionist was very accommodating and kind. Thankyou lorrella.
