***UPDATE*** I CALLED ONE WEEK LATER TO BOOK OUR 2025 STAY. We asked for the same week as it fit in perfectly with her family schedule. They changed the pricing for that week substantially. The person on the phone suggested we cut back our trip length one to two days to make up for the cost to accommodate our budget. This would have turned our trip into a 3-night stay. You can't check in until 3:00 or 4:00 on the day you get there and you have to check out at about 10:00 or 11:00 on the day you leave. So you technically lose... read more

He was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for which cottage to stay in and providing invaluable tips. His friendly, professional manner set the tone for our entire visit.
