We have an apartment at the luxurious Crystal cove apartments in Bellevue. Our place is gorgeous and in addition to this lovely place to live, the management had a fabulous party for residents, complete with yummy food, beverages and door prizes. We got to meet people we’d not known before and enjoyed all the food, etc.; it was nothing short of magnificent. The complex also has a great place one can secure for parties, etc., at no cost to residents. It’s so nice to live here.
Have nothing bad to say, I was always treated kindly and respectfully. Maintenance is prompt and very helpful. Management responds quickly to any issues.
The people in the office here were most helpful in helping us with our move in process. They went above and beyond in making our move go as smoothly as possible. Since we've been here, we've needed some assistance from the maintenance department with getting a few things the way we wanted them and the maintenance people have been fantastic to work with. They do a great job and do it in a timely fashion. The complex has a great vibe and a lot of friendly people. The staff here is excellent. I would highly recommend this apart... read more
