Staff are not responding to emails. We lived there for 6 months while building our home. The cove did not return security deposit or provide any accounting of security deposit deductions as required by the state. The cove has put a balance into collections without any contact and we have no idea what for. We left the unit in better condition than we received it and did not damage anything. The ranch apartments at the Cove are beautiful. They feel so much like a home. Claudia, the assistant manager, is great to work with. Her customer service is outstanding. She is very kind and pleasant to work with.
We really love living here, the apartment is great and the leasing and maintenance staff are always kind and prompt to resolve any issues. However, the electric bills here are very high, especially in winter. We spoke to the leasing staff after we moved in and it was a known issue and the company who installed the heaters came to everyone’s units to check that they were installed correctly.
