We're continuing to have a really bad experience here. There have been constant maintenance issues since we moved into the 'renovated' apartments. Including: mice, cockroaches, washer/dryer has not worked all year and they refuse to replace it, and windows were faulty for a year before that was finally resolved. HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere or if you MUST move here, be very very careful looking through the exact unit you will live in. Do not live here. I have had issues with the apartment. I recently moved out got charged to replace the carpet when I put a work order in. Called to discuss it. They said they will get back to me. Never did. The manager sents the information to the higher ups and they never respond back. The communication from management to the residents don’t exist. It’s a great view but that is all it is.
