The view is nice and watching the ducks and birds in the cove is delightful. That being said, make sure that you get everything in writing and signed before you move out or hand them any money. The word of the ladies who work the office can not be trusted for anything. Friend of mine just moved out and they're trying to go back on everything they told her. Strongly suggest living somewhere else until this place gets bought out an put under new management.
I feel compelled to update my star from 5 stars to 1 star as the Leasing Agents told me to write a review before everything was finalized and made me believe that there weren’t any potential issues. Upper management received a notarized Private Child Support Agreement and a letter from my new employer (I was a stay at home mom before) stating employment and my guaranteed monthly income and I had a guarantor making over 200k willing to sign to for me. Poor business practices. Just another corporate landlord who is out to nickle and dime and does not treat tenants like real people.
The young lady Najayia cook was very helpful with assisting me with the questions about the application for apartments she also was very help and patient with me while during the touring sure a lovely kind young lady
We're continuing to have a really bad experience here. There have been constant maintenance issues since we moved into the 'renovated' apartments. Including: mice, cockroaches, washer/dryer has not worked all year and they refuse to replace it, and windows were faulty for a year before that was finally resolved. HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere or if you MUST move here, be very very careful looking through the exact unit you will live in.
