Buyer be ware, working with these people is terrible. They make you pick out all your finishes in one day. Which usually takes 6-8wk. They say they will warranty things for a year. But in reality they come back at end of a year one time for warranty work. And if you have any issues with the contract they will immediately refer you to their attorney. Not try to work it out with you.
The team we've been working with at the courtyards at Windsor have been extremely professional and helpful in every aspect of our journey thus far. Accessibility and accommodating some disabilities in our family is key in the finish and the team has been very helpful and listened to our needs. We are excited to see our new home, become a reality as we move on the next step of our journey, the groundbreaking and building!
My wife and I moved into our home at Courtyards at Windsor in April of 2025. It was time for us to downsize from a 3 acre home near Johnston and simplify our life by getting rid of things we never use. Our new home has almost as much square footage as the previous home so we kept all the things we really value and sold or donated other items. We love our new Epcon by Clarity home. We were able to customize our home to fit our current and future needs. The sales process was not high pressure and super easy! The other residents in the Courtyards of Windsor are wonderful people who made us feel right at home even before we moved in! We have monthly get togethers in the beautiful club house as well as Christmas and Super Bowl parties. This is one of the best decisions we have made. Bill and Jean Schuster
