We are very happy with our new Courtyards at Windsor EPCON Community home. From start to finish of the building process, the Clarity Construction team members were professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. The contractors who worked on our home were highly skilled and respectful. It was evident that they took pride in their work. We hope to live here in this beautiful community for a long time.

We are so glad that we made the decision to move to Courtyards by Windsor. This community is exactly what we needed, at this stage of our lives. We love living in our Epcon community (built by Clarity Construction)! The floor plans were creative and varied enough that we could create our dream retirement home. The build process was easy - enough choices to make it our own, but not so many that we were overwhelmed. I was lucky enough to move directly into a spec home at Courtyards at Windsor. The design choices were classic but comfortable. Early on, I had trouble with getting the doors adjusted correctly so they would close easily, but that was quickly fixed. My previous house sold in 3 days so when my realtor found this property at Windsor, it was the perfect next step for me.
