Terrible service. Nothing changes when you make management aware of problems. Don’t take your loved one there.
By hiring competent and caring staff that respond to the resident's complex needs. Follow the contract guidelines for safety and hygiene issues for cleanliness and laundry. Hire nurses that are capable of providing the proper medication accurately. Improve communication with family as resident needs change. Be responsive to family concerns instead of ignoring them. Hire an executive director that understands the many facets of Elder Care, not just administrative services.
Dad is being well cared for. Not perfect but i would recommend it.
