We are very happy we made the decision to move to The Courtyards at Harvest Ridge. We moved in February 2025 and already feel right at home. The Epcon process was very thorough and offered many options to customize our home. We have enjoyed many group gatherings organized by the Harvest Ridge residents. There is a real sense of community here. The sales process was made easy by our New Home Specialist, Megan. We are excited to enjoy our retirement years in our Epcon home.

Great location. It's just a few minutes to the interstate system and yet just a few minutes to lots of shopping. The community is active and very friendly. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with community actives

Epcon/Clarity built our new home for us late last year and we really couldn’t be more happy living in Harvest Ridge.
