Wonderful location, community, and the people are delightful!
I am in the process of building at Epcon's Harvest Ridge. Construction should be completed in the Fall 2026. I am downsizing from a 2 story, full basement., multi-generational home. From choosing the floor plan to selections, Andy has been there patiently working with me when I make changes from floor plan to design. If you're looking for an active adult community, I highly recommend Epcon Communities.
Great location and people to work with as we planned and built our new home. Highly recommended!
Buyers be ware. Can you pick out all your finishes in one day , ( normally takes 6-8wks)would you like to wait one year to get warranty done then will only do it once. Well let’s. Discuss the contract their reply talk to our attorney. A real friendly bunch. Hope you have better luck than I had.
My husband and I have been in the process of building our first home with Epcon Communities and Clarity Homes Construction.
