Are place is so dirty like la Becidad de el chavo is to expensive for we got this so sad and nasty. These place are so Anoint i trying to get sleep at 6 because I start my work at 3am but is impossible because outside is like 🎪 circus every one send the kids outside to play for hours no one taking care on their kids.maybe doesn't want the kids inside the house or they bother them in the house .!

I have been living at The Courtyard Apartment for several years, and I love it! The apartments are well-maintained and spacious. The maintenance staff is professional and very responsive to work orders. Robin and Gabriel are supportive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the community feels very safe.
Tierra Palms has been a great experience so far. The property is clean and well-maintained with a solid set of amenities: pools, gyms, even a trendy pickleball court. Maintenance is done promptly; neighbors are friendly and respectful; communication from management is top-notch. To top it off, I feel safe living here. The only negative that comes to mind is the laundry system; the app they’ve gone with is buggy and badly-designed, and the machines have no way of accepting coins or physical cards. Hopefully rent stays affordable so we can continue to call Tierra Palms home for a while.
