I can’t speak as a resident but I have had issues with other pet friendly complexes including residents not picking up after their dogs an over whelming smell of urine and .. my visit today already exceeded my expectations. The property was quiet and extremely clean it even started raining on our tour and there was no overwhelming smell of pets. I looked through all the drawers and cabinets and saw /smelled no sign of bugs. PJay was AWESOME and honest. Even the few residents we came across on the tour were very kind.

Honestly, living here has been a nightmare. Roaches keep showing up and management doesn’t really do anything about it, no matter how many times you complain. Maintenance is super slow — things stay broken for weeks — and the office staff is not helpful at all. On top of that, they charge over $150 a month just for water, trash, and heating, which is ridiculous compared to other places. For how much they take from residents, you’d expect way better, but it’s clear they care more about money than the people living here.
Avoid this place , there`s a lot of roaches and spiders and rent goes up $200 each year ,the laundry machine is always offline therefore unusable , homeless people roam the vicinity during early morning hours and the trains are so loud even at midnight they blow their horn so loud , it will wake you up in your sleep . It barely has any amenities , go find other apts that are not AMC owned this company is very very greedy .
Terrible experience 0/10 would not recommend. So many issues living here, I don't know where to start. 1. People are constantly leaving their laundry in the laundry room for several hours and the office does nothing about it. I've seen homeless people rummaging through laundry left in the room and even the trash cans. Nothing gets done about it. 2.
