Dr Hesam is fantastic. He organised a follow up appointment just to check in on my daighter's recovery via a telephone consult which shows genuine care for his patients. Dr Hesam has been our family’s doctor for over 8 years. I saw him when I was pregnant with my daughter and she is now 7.5 yrs old. Toni is truly a gem at the front desk. Every time I come in or call, she’s incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly, whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or just offering a friendly conversation that brightens your day. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the patients and takes pride in what she does.

Best Doctors clinic I've been to. The staff genuinely care and are so compassionate and understanding. A rarity in my experience with Bulk Billing Doctors. Even though I've moved a conciderable distance away, Courtyard Family Medical remains my go to. Extra points to Dr. Shiva: the best GP I've ever been to.
Thanks for giving my family member a skin infection from an incision, that has now turned into septicemia. You can experience 3rd world medical practices here in Kenmore without the extra cost of travelling overseas
