Our family have been going to Courtyard since it opened and wouldn't entrust our health care with anyone else. Toni on reception always greets patients with a smile and a reasurring word. Dr Shiva Ramasamy is a wonderful, caring and professional practitioner. All the practice's staff are the ultimate professionals. Thank you
I used to go there because they bulk billed and were close to home, even then they were slow and you'd wait about 45min for your appointment, they were always behind in their schedule. I recently had a booked telehealth appointment with them that the doctor never called or attended. Then when I asked about why the appointment never happened, I received an email telling me to "find another doctor" because they took offence when I asked why they never attended the telehealth appointment. Find another doctor? Very irresponsible... read more
