Happy we moved to Wetherburn My wife and I love our apartment. It's a 3-bedroom with windows in every room so it fills with sunlight in the morning. Our last apartment had few windows, which were not double-paned, so it was always chilly when we sat in the dinning room to have breakfast. Here we enjoy our morning coffee in summer and winter. The apartments are very expensive, they are touted as luxury, but there is nothing luxurious about them. Laminate countertops, laminate or carpeted floors. No molding around the window frames. We had neighbors above and new when they ate because the microwave noises sounded like they were coming from our apartment. Could hear them talking, quite clearly. Something as basic as a kitchen faucet sprayer was too much to ask for, but gee I just loved those \$50 marble thresholds in the bathrooms! The showers are probably the wors... read more
The walls are paper thin so you won t be able to get a good nights sleep. The maintenance man is horrible and very unfriendly. Our airconditioner soaked our carpet 3 times before finally being fixed. In the apartment upstairs, the microwave alarm kept going off and they had to fix it 5 times untill it finally caught fire so that solved the problem for us. There is never any parking. Oh and not to mention the mold that grows in there. Ugh, horrible very over priced experience!!!! The location is the only perk in my opinion.
