Firstly, the Gannet Co. and the Courier are a news biased company. I don't read it often, except for local news. Second, that is to say, when I actually get the paper delivered as promised. I am very tired of having to go through the personless system they have to rectify delivery issues. They only have a human speak to you if you want to cancel, which I'm about to do.

I am MORE than frustrated with this paper delivery. The problems seem to go on without a correction. I can almost never get any response about my delivery issue. That being said this is an absolute shame. The Courier Journal seems not to care!

Well i have delivery issues. It never makes it way to my front door. This was the request before starting the paper and was told that it would be. As of today i have two missing Sunday papers. Today nobody is in the office today to ansewer my request replacement paper. The delivery box i requested has not shown up yet either. This form of services should in my opinion be closed down.

Frustration Frustrated with the lack of response to my delivery issues. Frustrated with the automated system to report delivery issues. Frustrated with the empty apology once I finally talked with someone after being on hold for 20 minutes. I firmly believe their intention is for you to hang up due to excessive wait times. I used my speaker phone at work and had my team members help listen for them to pickup. I would cancel if it were not for my Mother having Alzheimer's and checking the paper for the date and reading the fu... read more

They need to have zero star ability here. I I have cancelled my subscription with this company and they continuously call my number every single day. I I have spoke to them numerous times and left numerous messages telling them not to call me. I don't live in Kentucky anymore and even if I did I don't want their crappy paper. I can get better news online for free.

OK newspaper, but very light on Indiana news (excludes all IN college sports except IU), and has a very liberal, democratic bias in its editorial section and sometimes even puts a liberal bias in it's reporting of the news. Is also one sided in many community news issues, such as IN/KY bridge, etc.
