I've purchased many a tool over the years from the Engine House, great selection, great people. Two years ago I purchased a CubCadet Electric riding lawn mower. I had two instances of the machine failing, the first instance resolved in a fix, the second instance was 3 weeks in with no resolution in sight, I contacted CubCadet myself and the guys at the Engine house backed me up, contacted CubCadet as well on my behalf.
