overpriced poor squat rack poor machines and rude staff but the Gym dog was nice
I had a great experience at the gym today. While I was on the Stairmaster, Randy noticed I needed a towel and brought one over right away. His attentiveness really helped me out. Also, Larah at the front desk was very kind and hardworking. When she wasn't helping customers, she was busy cleaning, and the gym looked great because of her efforts. Thanks, Randy and Larah, for making my visit enjoyable! ---
Excellent gym with a range of great equipment and even better service!
I paid for a membership upfront which came to about $200+ and I honestly do forget how long it was for. I went in about a month later as financial situation changed asking for a refund which would have been a big help at the time. The first answer I got is I can’t do it right now but come back in two weeks. So I came back and then I got told that they can’t do refunds on a visa which made no sense to me as I even explained in that first visit that it was a refund on my visa.
