Had my car in 5 times to have the seat belt sorted. It won’t retract so how do I know it will stop me in an accident. As for their so called technicians well they have had 5 goes and damaged the car trying to fix the problem. Says it all. Then there is the assistant service manager. He is extremely ignorant. I’m dyslexic and struggle to read so I asked him to read out what was included in the service. He tutted and rolled his eyes. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I came to purchase a BMW X6 that they repeatedly claimed was in “perfect condition.” Complete LIE. The trim was sticking out, the tyre had a visible cut, and there was a warning light on the dashboard. On top of that, the car stank of smoke and the leather trim already tearing absolutely nowhere near the standard they advertised. Salesmen are good and very accommodating but aftercare seems to be minimal unfortunately. I’ve had warranty claims after picking the car up that are basically being brushed off of their shoulders along with me getting 0 call backs when I request them. My car has now spent several day in my local bmw garage with 0 work done due to these guys not responding to emails.
