Salesmen are good and very accommodating but aftercare seems to be minimal unfortunately. I’ve had warranty claims after picking the car up that are basically being brushed off of their shoulders along with me getting 0 call backs when I request them. My car has now spent several day in my local bmw garage with 0 work done due to these guys not responding to emails.

Recently went to Country garage BMW. We were met by Lee who was very helpful. We viewed a car and were very tempted to purchase however decided for another larger BMW from a different dealer. We would definitely return to Country garage we had a pleasant experience here and would definitely choose this garage to purchase from in the future if the right car came up for us.
Lee service technician very helpfull kept me informed while my BM was in the garage and knows everything .
