The whole team from Reception staff to dental nursing and the exceptional experienced dentist made a very difficult experience as positive as possible with efficient techniques, supportive pain management approaches and compassion.
Very kind staff. I had to have a tooth removed and have severe anxiety. I accidentally booked the wrong location but the manager fitted me in on the day even though they were fully booked. Can’t explain how appreciative I am of that as I might never have came back since it already took me months to work up the courage to book the appointment. Saw Dr John and he was very efficient with his work which I also appreciated.
The whole team are very caring and friendly. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but from the moment I arrived I felt at ease. Quite a few fillings later All is complete and I am very happy. Many thanks for the manner in which you treat your patients it is much appreciated and I will be back for future checks
