Run by a bunch of kids that cannot make a decision! Had three pair of boots - two totalled $800 they could not find d price on third so they let us walk out!!! Really?

Will be the only place I purchase boots from now on , had a pair of boots fail on me after about a month , called the manufacturer and they offered for me ship them back to get a replacement at a 6-8 week turnaround time , I called the store to tell them what happened and I took the boots to them and they replaced them without any question, Heather was very helpful in making sure my new pair was just right , thank you guys !

Country Connection is the go to place for our family boots, Carhartt, and Ariat needs just to name a few things we get from there. Great helpful staff and you know you’re getting a good deal too!!
I have been going to the Country Connection for over 20 years. And their service just gets better. Everyone in the store is friendly, helpful and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the store. Thank you all for all your help every single time I come in!
