So far I have had a terrible experience with the CounterTop Shop. There is terrible communication. They cut my counters wrong the 1st time and promised that we would be top priority to get them replaced, but when we call to find out a timeline of when they don't return calls. It has already been 3 weeks since they installed the wrong countertop. This puts us behind on backsplash and moving back into our house after a fire.
We had our kitchen remodeled and the Counter Top Shop is where we purchased our quartz counters. They did a beautiful job in producing them and the two gentlemen, Gideon and Kevin did a beautiful installation job. They were very meticulous and professional. We are extremely happy with the quality of the counters. My wife and I highly recommend The Counter Top Shop for your Counter needs.
Greg was a great help ! We brought him our drawing of what we needed for our laundry room remodel and few days later I was picking up our countertops
