Excellent products and amazing staff to work with!
The whole experience was handled with professionalism and efficiency. My showroom consultant, Whitni, was patient and knowledgeable through many revisions. From measuring to installation everyone was on time and skilled. I’m very happy with my kitchen update.
Never pay anything upfront before the measurements. Their website advertises free quotes, but they are misleading. I received an initial quote, which I understood to be just an estimate. I asked for changes but after measurements and templating, the price jumped almost 50%. I canceled because I did not approve the revised quote, yet they are now trying to charge me for templating and design work that was never agreed to. Nothing has been ordered or cut, and they refuse to provide any written agreement. This feels like a scam... read more
