Shame on Home Depot for contracting through The Countertop Factory. Sloppy Operations, NO Ownership of errors, STAY AWAY! When the Measuring Tech (Alex) from The Countertop Factory came to my house, I requested two changes to my order: 1) Change the edge to be FLAT (no cost to update) 2) Add the Chip Minimization/Enhanced Seam/Digital Package (a $600 Add On) The Countertop Factory happily made the $600 upgrade…but FAILED to provide the FLAT edge as requested.
