I am not one to write bad reviews. I was hoping to settle my grievance with the the owner "Kip," but after following up with him and eventually getting ignored, I thought it was necessary. We spent nearly $5,000 on our kitchen counter tops and the outcome of the fabrication was extremely disappointing. When we met with Genesis to pick the sections of stone to use for the kitchens and bathrooms, it seemed like she has never done it before. Seemed very uneducated about the fabrication process. Buyer Beware..... You have been warned... Stay away from this company. Owner is Genesis Ortega. We started a project with her. We had our slabs that we bought from Sobe Stone for $3200 delivered to her. They fabricated our kitchen counters when it came time to do our bathroom vanities i went to talk her about it she told me that she sold my remaining slab to someone else and that she would replace it. I’m a contractor in the local area and found these guys randomly. They do what they say and do it fast. I had an issue after the installation that had nothing to do with them. I spoke with the owner genesis and she saved my butt. She had her guys work after hours and put me first just to make me look good with my client. Super happy with the service and WILL use them again and refer them to anyone of my clients, family or friends!!! Thanks guys!!!
