My teenage son was in need of a therapist and my dear friend recommended the counseling initiative. It was seriously life changing for my son. They are personable and made him feel so at ease being that this was all new to him. He’s a much happier teenager because of his therapy there. I would recommend them to anyone.
What a huge impact the counseling initiative has had on my family. We have had such a positive experience with very compassionate and detailed therapists. I have seen such a change in my son and I have to thank all the hard work he’s put in with the help of his therapists. So thankful we found them!
Was calling to set up to becoming a new client and they called me days later and was upset when I didn’t want to do cash option because they don’t take my insurance and had major attitude and rushed to get off the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this place
We have only been going to The Counseling Initiative for a few weeks but it is truly making a HUGE difference in both mine and my sons lives already! We are both seeing separate therapists and both are equally amazing! The flexibility of having the options of in person, zoom or even on the phone sessions is awesome! I have been going to TCI for three years and I will continue to do so. The entire staff is so welcoming which really puts me in a relaxed state of mind before my session. My therapist Madyson has helped me with a wide range of issues over the years and I always feel significantly better walking out of the office than I did walking in. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
