This place helps me with all my mental heath needs and are very carefully when prescribing any medication.
I had 3 or 4 different therapists in a 6 month time frame while I was there. Everyone kept quitting. It is a stressful time for everyone and it is hard for me to determine a reasoning, but staff fleeing an employer is never a good sign. I want the people trying to help me with my mental health and well-being to be working in a positive work environment where they feel appreciated, that their work is purposeful, and they are compensated respectfully. I had a good connection with my counselor but unfortunately due to schedule changes there just isn't a time that I can be seen by her without taking time off of work. After several missed appointments because of this I asked about alternative options, even seeing a different counselor if needed. I was told by the secretary that the case managers would just put me on a wait list because I have "commercial insurance."
