Had a therapist who was unprofessional the first session we had. Used the word "retarded" (forgot to mention this when i was on the phone about stopping therapy) i don't remember why she used that word exactly. Didn't like how she talked to me like as if i was a kid in high school when I'm a grown adult. One day had to go to work so i had to reschedule got told that if i miss or cancel/reschedule one more appointment i can get terminated to sum it up. Discontinued therapy there after that. i would not recommend
We had a virtual appointment for our daughter scheduled. I worked it out with her school for her to get pulled out of class and have a private room for the appointment. She signed on 10 minutes early and the counselor did not join. I emailed the counselor and MOC, and no one returned my email or signed on. After 30 minutes of waiting, our daughter went back to class. 2 days after the scheduled appointment I received an email apologizing and saying the counselor would contact me to reschedule. Contacted in early April, for post partum depression hear nothing till June when couldn't attend that appointment had to wait to be called i July 26, finally got up ability to call today as I literally work through business hours weekdays to get nothing but sass from receptionist... But yes let's blame the woman who has been dealing with post partum for 11 months and has been trying to get help... No thank you
