This place is so cool! The room are clean and the atmosphere is fun!
Bed bug in room 313! My family and I stayed at the Cotton Sail Hotel by Hilton only because we thought that the service and standards were going to be good. The ‘Hilton’ name gave us comfort thinking paying more to stay would be better but that was NOT the case. We paid more for our room and they did not offer breakfast, no microwave or fridge in the room. $45. Valet parking. Upon entering the hotel, the floor was dirty which was a turnoff. Extremely rude staff. Our group of 11 women walked into the lobby chatting (not yelling) and were instantly told to “quiet down” in a condescending tone. We were there for less than a minute before being told to leave. Completely unprofessional. Would never return or recommend.
