Location, service, and room were perfect. We are Hilton members and are frequent Hilton guests (all over the country). The room was clean and had everything we needed. Cedrick and others throughout the hotel were friendly at valet and front desk.

The floors in the rooms need to be stripped and refinished. They are sticky and filthy. The people (Cedric, Chelsea, and Samantha) were very nice. The music in the bar and restaurant on top was blaring.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean at all—when I arrived, the bed sheets were covered in hair. I called for room service, only to be told that housekeeping wasn’t available overnight. The front desk associate, Ariel, was very helpful and brought fresh linens, but unfortunately even the comforter had hair on it. It didn’t stop there—the shower head had black residue buildup, and the headboard was visibly dirty with crumbs and dust in the crevices. Our stay at the Cotton Sail Hotel Savannah was, without question, the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were told valet was available—but the valet attendant couldn’t drive a manual vehicle, so we ended up parking the car ourselves. There were no luggage carts available, forcing us to carry all of our belongings up to the room. At check-in, we attempted to use a Hilton certificate.
