The Cotton Ball in Morro Bay is an awesome store for all of your fabric and creative needs! I had to purchase fabric to reupholster my dining room chairs and decided to head into the Cotton Ball to check out their selection. Not only was I greeted with excellent customer service but was well-informed of the many fabric options I had! It was fairly busy for a rainy Saturday afternoon, but an associate walked around with me, talked to me about my choices and what I'd be using the fabric for.
