Students and parents BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They are managed by Landmark Properties, which is horrible at best and criminal at worst. They are charging my daughter and her roommates $1880 to paint after they moved out. Not because of any damages, but because they were unable to schedule a time to paint a year ago while they were renovating. Avoid Cottages On Hollywood.... If you're considering moving to the Cottages On Hollywood in Fayetteville, I urge you to think twice. While the place may initially appear appealing, (which it does) it quickly becomes clear that it's more about taking your money than providing a comfortable living environment. I only lived at the Cottages for one year because I ended up graduating early, but it was definitely the best complex I lived in while in Fayetteville. Up-to-date units and amenities, easy maintenance and subleasing, fun (exclusive) events, and best of all an incredible staff. They host random events every month, from free food to free student and pet photoshoots, and make sure to send out reminders.
