It looks ok from the website. I went to visit as I am looking for a place for my elderly mother to live. As I pulled up there were a bunch of tacky holiday blow up decorations which turned me off a little but I still wanted to give them a shot. I noticed the community trash cans were overflowing. There was also a resident on a bench sleeping who probably should not have been unattended. My first interaction with the staff was with a tall blonde who was wearing a lot of glitter. We could no longer take good care of my mom. I had searched many facilities and small homes. When I toured the Cottages, I knew instantly that they were the place that mom would benefit most from. She was admitted to the memory care unit and the same day she was put on Hospice. Her condition worsened quickly and passed away a few months later.
