We have been very pleased with the Cottages. The staff is very friendly and really care about your loved one. They are always there to lend a hand whenever you need help with anything. They keep the facility spotless. Eileen’s only concern was the food menu. Ex. lasagna, spaghetti and vegetables, al dente. Most seniors have stomach issues. She did say the desserts were great!! We would definitely recommend The Cottages.
The Cottages are incredible with all of the activities and care that they give to the residents and the resident care givers who have trusted the Cottages with their loved ones. They are better than 5 star they are the angels here on earth for our loved ones. They are better than 5 stars and they truly love the residents and show compassion and kindness to each one of them.
After a dear family friend was no longer able to care for herself. We recommended The Cottages of Perry Hall. I have known the office manager for over 40 years and am aware of her compassion, integrity and true concern for everyone she meets. My family and I toured The Cottages of Perry Hall, and we absolutely loved it. We could feel how warm and welcoming the community is. It feels like “home”. Missy was so wonderful and clearly knows her residents and their families so well. Her door stayed open during our meeting and residents came in and out. I’m a high school student completing my community service hours at The Cottages of Perry Hall, and it has been such a great experience. From the moment I started volunteering, everyone made me feel welcome. The staff are so kind and patient with the residents, and you can really tell they care about them like family.
