Was skeptical about looking into Gainesville but the tour of the model and community provided by Kim (Sale Agent) gave me a better impression. The area around Cottages of Lake Lanier is beautiful as well, not very far from many hiking trails.
Kim was amazing! The community has beautiful lake views with close proximity to quaint downtown Gainesville and easy access to the highway. The neighbors are friendly and the homes are very well-maintained.
