I absolutely love the staff and the care they provide for my mother. I have never once had a negative interaction with any caregiver and all my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I recommend the Cottages to anyone who needs loving and good care for their loved ones.
The Cottages of Lacey has been an incredible place for our loved one. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure our sister is very well taken care of. The staff does an excellent job of communicating with family members regarding any issues and are available to answer any calls or concerns the family may have. My mom had lived in a different facility for 4.5 years. Her blood sugar was very high. After living at the cottages for a few months, her blood sugar is under control. The cottage caregivers are very attentive and caring. The administrative staff are friendly and helpful. I'm am grateful that I found this facility. This is a wonderful place. Clean and well staffed. I'm glad my mom is here. They go above and beyond to work with families to meet the needs of the residents.
Just touring the place during an employment orientation made me never want to put a loved one there or in any CarePartners Center location in Western Washington, much less allow myself to work under such conditions. The staff couldn’t even tell me what I would be making per hour during the 3 hours that I was there. If they couldn’t do that for an employee, imagine the care your loved one would receive living there 24/7! Not one person came across as having any sense of professional competence.
