Disrespectful to their employees and neglectful towards their resident's.
I have a family member who works at The Cottages, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most caring and compassionate communities I’ve seen. The staff truly go above and beyond for the residents and treat everyone like family. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my loved one is part of a team that values kindness, respect, and quality care. The Cottages is a wonderful place for seniors to call home.
Why the police always by cottages next to lilac apartments. Two employees from the cottages just got felony charges for beating 2 seniors from lilac apartments. 2 months ago all fox lake police there too. For 20 employees in parking punching each other and swearing. And these people watch your mother or father?! I posted picture of one getting handcuffed
