There are no words to adequately express our disappointment in this place. From high staff turnover and poor staff training, the quality of care at the Cottages UP has declined precipitously in recent months. We pulled our mother out of here because of concerns for her personal safety. Avoid at all costs.
Great place if you are looking for a memory care facility for a family member.
My mom is in this facility and the staff has been wonderful to her. She has lived at the cottages for about three years. The facility is beautiful and I especially appreciate the fact that the residents can go outside and relax in the beautiful outdoor area. The food is very good and the portions are appropriate for each person. I especially appreciate the fact that snack are provided throughout the day. I would strongly recommend the cottages for your loved one.

Echoing comments from another reviewer, we recently moved our mother to the Cottages from another memory care facility in the area and the difference is like night and day. The administrative staff are super attentive, the buildings and grounds are home-like and well-kept and the care-takers seem to really care about the residents. And though I haven't tried the food, every time I've been over there the cooking odors coming from the kitchen smell delicious. Bravo.
