I wasn’t going to leave a review, but then I saw that they shockingly had a 5 star review from 2 weeks ago, and I couldn’t imagine how that could be possible with the management issues that residents are facing dealing with Pathfinder Property Management. Everyone was super nice and communicative. Great price for the area and having a garage was a must. Made the choice easy!
PRIVACY CONCERN Trust in management is completely lost. Issues are not addressed, no solutions are offered, and emails often go unanswered. On key handover day, we were informed of a FIRE PANEL IN THE GARAGE and assured it would be accessed very rarely, for inspections, with at least 30 minutes’ notice. We initially allowed the garage to be used as storage in good faith, but entering at any time without notice shows no good faith.
