The homes are new and functional, and the location is truly great. Unfortunately, we have not had a single positive experience with the management. Issues we faced while living here include: Leasing promises: Most promises made by the property manager during leasing were not kept. Not getting them in writing was a big mistake. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but then I saw that they shockingly had a 5 star review from 2 weeks ago, and I couldn’t imagine how that could be possible with the management issues that residents are facing dealing with Pathfinder Property Management. So I clicked on this reviewers page, and crazy enough, this reviewer has reviewed several properties that are managed by PPM…weird. Lovely homes that feel like houses. Attached garages and plenty of space. Walking distance to great restaurants and parks in Westfield. Management group is helpful.
Do NOT rent from here. The property management company has changed multiple times and there is ZERO maintenance assistance. My apartment flooded and they give you zero way to contact anyone. It’s been one disaster after another in trying to get ahold of anyone at the office with contract questions, a malfunctioning washer dryer and then later a leaking AC that leaked into the apartment, low water pressure which still hasn’t been resolved. Avoid this place at all costs.
