Wonderful neighborhood with very friendly people.
Very quaint pocket neighborhoods that all units have sold out already
They have gone with a currently popular trend - to create a "pocket neighborhood" with new houses built close together around a common green area, leaving green area around for walking and exploring. It's a good idea. The houses are a bit overpriced for what you are getting. Everything is an "upgrade" so by the time you are done, you will be spending at least $600,000.00 for a small house with a one car garage.
