We stayed in the Gunsight cottage for three nights in mid-June as a home base for exploring the east side of Glacier NP. As soon as we entered the cottage, we were awestruck by the view looking out of the living room balcony. That view is the most beautiful view I have ever seen from within a house. FWIW based on the layout of the cottages I think all of them should have more or less the same view. That one moment set the stage for a perfect trip. Outystanding.!!!! House is over looking St. Mary's lake and Glacier. The house is less located at the east end of Going-To-The- Sun-Road. Count yourself lucky if they have availability for your date.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very well cared for. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The people were also extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. It is clear they take pride in both the property and the guest experience. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again.
We stayed in the largest cottage. It was very roomy and well furnished. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The owners are nice people and very accomodating, We really enjoyed our stay there, except for the 3 mice we caught inside the cabin. The little critters ran over 2 of my kids feet. That was really funny but...........
