I love this place for rehab ,been here 2 times now and love ❤️ the staff and nurses and all the therapist . They are amazing! I really like the one on one Pt and Ot they work just with me . I’ve been to others places and they put you in a room or 20 people and 1/2 of them dont even do what they say .. here you know you are getting the best work out to get you stronger. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ love this place.
I had the best & most compassionate care there. Staff is amazing.
Our mother went to the Cottages August 2018 for rehabilitation to get some strength back from a fall she had. We were very happy because the cottages are beautiful and with the home type setting we figured she was at the best place she could be. While she was there a family member was there every day to visit.During that month she was there we were told from a rehab that she was taking about 100 steps, but we didn’t ever see it. My mother stayed there a yr and 1/2 ago or so and it was a horrible experience. Nurse ignored our pleas to evaluate changes in mom’s condition. We eventually called an ambulance for her because she had deteriorated so much there. Emt’s started O2 and an IV in room before taking her to hospital. Said they almost had to intubate her en route She passed away a couple weeks later. I will say that she was very ill and would have died in a short time anyway. Maybe could have had her to hug a few more weeks though with better care
My Dad has been a resident for 2 1/2 years and we are so pleased and impressed with his care. He really loves it there, especially the personal touches of the staff.
