I lived in the Cottages for a year while my home was being built. Caleb, the Maintenance Manager, was top notch throughout my stay. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and addresses concerns promptly.
Lovely tours of beautiful, cozy home. Generous storage, lots of natural light. Vinyl tile floors throughout. Colors are nice and neutral, with great outdoor spaces and care.
I was just visiting my grandson. A most unpleasant women arrived at the door and demanded I accept an eviction notice. Clear case of intimidating an elderly person. She indicated on the form (incorrectly ) that I was a tenant. Which is a complete falsification. I had considered that my wife and I would rent another unit so that we could conveniently visit our grandson. NO WAY ON EARTH would I ever consider renting here.
Everyone from Marisa at the front office, maintenance and the property manager have been great! We had to do a fast move in and they got everything together and ready for us right away. The community is very nice and well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
