I was just visiting my grandson. A most unpleasant women arrived at the door and demanded I accept an eviction notice. Clear case of intimidating an elderly person. She indicated on the form (incorrectly ) that I was a tenant. Which is a complete falsification. I had considered that my wife and I would rent another unit so that we could conveniently visit our grandson. NO WAY ON EARTH would I ever consider renting here.
Everyone from Marisa at the front office, maintenance and the property manager have been great! We had to do a fast move in and they got everything together and ready for us right away. The community is very nice and well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
The friendly and professional staff made applying and moving in easier than I had ever experienced. The unit, including the garage, was move-in ready, and no additional cleaning was needed.
Beautiful homes! I love the coziness of having a home without the stress and worry of owning. If I wasn’t looking for a place a year out, I would’ve rented right then and there! Thank you Suzanne for your help.
Formaldehyde problem! Our unit at The Cottages tested formaldehyde levels at 0.37 ppm (recommended residential limit is 0.1 ppm). We were forced to leave and end our lease early to protect our health and the Cottages has been very difficult to work with during this process. We do not recommend moving here and if you do live in the community we recommend getting a formaldehyde test!
