This place should be closed down. From top management down to the caregivers, there is not anyone who cares about the residents and their dignity. The care they guaranteed to provide and they were paid for was not provided. Residents don’t get help with hygiene; no teeth brushing, face washing or keeping hair cleaned and combed. They say they provide showers but they don’t. They let the residents sleep through meals and then hand them a bag of chips when they wake up hungry. Absolutely terrible care facility. Everything you have ever read about bad care facilities applies here, look elsewhere please.
Would not recommend to place your loved one here. I was there every day for a year and a half. Mom was not wearing her own clothes. Not clean, had to TRY to find someone to help me with washing her face, getting her to the bathroom etc... I could go on and on about how bad this place is. Please find somewhere else 🙏 😔
Such an amazing community to work for. The staff takes such great care of the residents. I am so blessed to be able to help families and residents on a daily basis.
