The good: -LOCATION - Extremely easy access to beach which was great. -CLEANLINESS - The cottage was clean and well kept. -FRIENDLY STAFF & EASY CHECK-IN - Pleasant experiences. -THE PRICE - I imagine it'd be tough to find similar accommodations at this price point. The bad: -NO CENTRAL A/C. This was problematic for us, and I wish it had been advertised in advance. There was a window AC in each of the bedrooms. Guest service is definitely EXCELLENT on the phone and in person!! Location and the view of the water are fantastic! The cottage does need an update, as well as new flooring and rugs. Having the washer and dryer in the cottage is an extra bonus. I almost forgot about the fireplace being an added bonus we booked over Christmas.
