Although the care we received from The Cottages was the 'best they could do,' I'm not sure we were completely satisfied with that answer. No doubt the ratio of caretakers/residents is difficult in these facilities, but the thing that disappointed us the most was the lack of communication, mixed communication, incorrect information and excuses that were often given when things weren't followed up on.
