**Review is based on the tour, I'm not a resident** Went in for a tour of a 2 br,2 ba apartment and left wanting to move in tomorrow! From the moment the tour started, I felt this place could be home! The leasing office staff is hilarious and so welcoming!! Put in a ticket for maintenance to have my A/C turned on and they showed up right away. Had my thermostat programmed and now ready to sleep nice and cool. The gentleman was very kind and professional.
Jose-B is the beat, the maintenance of the apt is amazing.
I have been very happy with the leasing and maintenance staff here at the Cosmo. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The apartment is quiet and cozy with nice space and finishes. Jose and Roberto are excellent maintenance staff and they know how to fix everything well!
Had no issues when I was living here. Quiet comfortable
