This apartment complex has the worst staff and management. I have sent multiple emails and made phone calls only to be ignored. Unfortunately the tenant above me makes intense noise 24/7 it never stops. I have not been able to sleep, work, or relax in my own home for months. The previous staff Aynese and Giselle were nice they tried contacting the tenant even though nothing was ever resolved. Even when I sent video proof no real action was taken. As a new resident at The Cosmopolitan my experience has been so wonderful. I’d like to recognize Jose Benetiz from the maintenance crew for his kindness and professionalism. Even though he had already clocked out for the day, he didn’t hesitate to help me out and took care of what I needed quickly. I really appreciated his help as well as Aynese Barksdale’s help in making my move here as smooth and easy as possible.
