I’ve had a great experience with the customer service at my at The Cosmopolitan. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any issues that come up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the leasing office is professional and accommodating. It’s refreshing to live in a place where the team genuinely cares about the residents!
I’ve lived here since 2023, and it’s been a bit of a roller coaster. At first, I loved it despite terrible management. Since Rose took over, it’s been an entirely different experience. Attitude-Awesome! Service-Amazing! Maintenance gets completed. We have cleaning service again. There are trash cans back where the former manager removed them as punishment.
