Do not live here. It was mistake living here for 2 years. Erin Callaway was coherent and very disorganized. I know there’s a new manager poor girl. The maintenance man is useless as well. Residents have to buy window units and the apartment owner does not care for his residents and if you try leaving they will charge double DO NOT MOVE HERE pay attention to reviews

The first few months weren't that bad. Rent was cheap for being downtown. Then the little stuff started going wrong, paint( a good old landlord special of everything getting coated, even the hinges) started to peal. The AC would go out for a few days once a month. Parking was awful after 7 becuase non-residents would park to go to the club down the road. But all things I could handle. So I signed another year long lease. Worst mistake signing this lease 4 months in and where to start the roaches god the roaches no matter how much I clean,spray they send out pest control (only when you ask) even though there’s a monthly fee for it every month. All sizes the tiny ones the ones I’ll let you know You have an infestation down to the big flying ones. The management is just terrible. They have one person taking care of all the Craigmont Living properties which makes you, last on their list. Doesn’t matter if your apartment is flooding from the unit upstairs or it’s the coldest winter on record and the heat is not working after you begged them to fix it (both things happened). Something about paying around 2k for an apartment a month and having to wear every item of clothes you own to keep warm leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
