I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I stopped in around 7:45 PM, knowing the mall closes at 8, just to quickly grab a Too Faced product and a blush. As soon as I walked in, an employee immediately said, “We’re closed.” Confused, I checked the time and asked, “You’re closed?” She then responded, “We close in 5 minutes.” That interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Some good buys!
Drove 30min just to check this place out for the first time I checked 3x online and hours and it said closes at 9PM.. we got there at 8:05PM 2 sales associates hiding behind the counter giving dirty looks.. UPDATE YOUR HOURS IF YOU DONT CLOSE AT 9PM
Im not much of writing reviews but the associate on the floor was very cold, rude and dismissive . The only two other associates that were nice were the cashier and another older lady on the floor. While checking out the 6 for 60 promotion didn’t apply yo my purchase which wasn’t listed anywhere on the store and the same rude associate said “oh yeah that doesn’t apply to that” and I don’t mind paying it. Drove out last night and arrived at 6:41 and they were closed. The sign on the door said 8? No other signs up. This is the 2nd time that this has happened.
