I had an excellent shopping experience thanks to Fadwa's outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products, helping me find exactly what I needed with ease. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Awful service. I went in simply trying to find the right shade for my skin — I’m very pale, so it takes a bit of Elena attention. I wasn’t taking much time, yet the manager told the staff not to assist me at all, without offering any explanation or speaking to me directly. Completely unprofessional and honestly cowardly behavior. I’ve never felt so dismissed in a store. Avoid if you expect basic respect or help.
Worth going to get the best brands at a good value. Very helpful staff, especially Fadwa, I would like to give her 5 stars: friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful giving advice. Thank you!
Cheap prices, to go with a cheap attitude, and what obviously must be cheap staff. A downmarket experience masquerading as I’m not quite sure what. A sold as seen establishment, unless they get it wrong, then they squirm lie and lie again. Steer clear at all costs.
I went a 11:30 in the morning. Staff was so rude and no one was willing to help. 1 was doing her own makeup and the other 3 were gossiping. Place will need to change staff or the company will shut down. Do not recommend
