good selection but very unhygienic. the staff reused brushes and put product from the testers directly onto the face without sanitising first or using separate products

I had an excellent shopping experience thanks to Fadwa's outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products, helping me find exactly what I needed with ease. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Awful service. I went in simply trying to find the right shade for my skin — I’m very pale, so it takes a bit of Elena attention. I wasn’t taking much time, yet the manager told the staff not to assist me at all, without offering any explanation or speaking to me directly. Completely unprofessional and honestly cowardly behavior. I’ve never felt so dismissed in a store. Avoid if you expect basic respect or help.
