I recently discovered this little hidden gem of a store, and I’m so happy I did! From the moment I walked in, I had such a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Doris, who was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and just as sweet as can be. She took the time to help me get enrolled in the rewards program and made the entire experience so welcoming and enjoyable. Selection is pretty limited. I walked around for over 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Not an establishment that I'll return to.
Absolutely Glad I looked at the reviews before I went to this place. Over the past x amount of years , if you look at my photos , you will see that it's all the same problem and bad customer service looks like I will take my business elsewhere
I just had one of the dumbest retail experiences I’ve had in a long time at The Cosmetic Company Store. Walked in to grab a brow gel. Found the shade I needed sitting with a group of the same products, grabbed it, paid, and left. Normal, right?
