Yesterday was a bad experience. I usually have a great time playing with makeup and getting sales help. Yesterday the girls were not helpful even with the store not being busy. They seemed to just want to Stand behind the counter. Your store does not have prices so we have to ask for the price. Only answer this sales girl had to any of my questions was “NO”! Frustrating and horrible shopping. Experience.
my first trip to this store and i was greeted by Alide, he was extremely helpful getting my concierge setup so i can send and receive emails/texts and pictures. i was so appreciative i ended up spending $955 on multiple cologne items and left very happy ! CCS needs more people like Alide !
Great store in excellent location! The staff was super knowledgeable and they have great skin care products I haven’t seen anywhere else and the best prices! You definitely leave happy and not empty handed!
