The staff was very unpleasant. Next time I visit Opry Mills, this store will be skipped.
They had what I was looking for, as a first time customer to the CCS I wondered why they didn’t have the prices on the items or the shelf. There is a self service kiosk that is able to scan items.
I bought a mystery bag, staff said there was no complexion/skin tone related products so i proceeded to purchase. Every single product was a complexion based product. I worked 2 hours to get the money i used to purchase, now i have a bunch of small products that don’t match my skin whatsoever and can’t return. Staff was rude too, no energy or even care.
