A huge thanks to Dakota for helping me over the phone. I needed a new brush belt and they did everything in their power to help me get it ordered and shipped to the new state that I'm living in!
I thought this store was amazing. I don't understand the negative reviews. I went in there 3 days ago, and I was assisted by the manager to help me find good colors in eye shadow, eyebrow pencil, ect. She went above and beyond and looked them up on her tablet and showed me where the color fit in the color swatches available. I was greeted by both the manager, Darlene, and a man when I entered. The prices were 6 for $60, so it was a great way to try a new product! I would highly recommend it. .
We come from kansas and this store is amazing i got so many good things for a low price and the lady working there was super nice and helped us find the right things 10/10
I feel I have wasted my time as well as money with the cosmetic company store. Please choose to go to Ulta or Sephora. I have had the worst experience being here at the cosmetic company store. The store doesn't allow any returns or exchanges even for unopened products and redirect you to their customer service contact which is even worse. They are not helpful at all and the representatives are rude.
