I went into shop with my mom today to get some new mascara and foundation. My mom went to look at a foundation, but no tester was available. So, as anyone would, she opened the box to simply look at the color with no plans of applying the foundation. The lady working rudely said “you can’t open the box” and my mom said “I was just looking to make sure the color matched” and the lady responded “yeah you can’t open the boxes it’s store policy.” Are you kidding me? Fine store I guess but I walked right out after rude associate rolled her eyes at me. Guess a no makeup day is unacceptable for this place.
So many deals on amazing products! Kylie was super helpful and knowledgeable, recommended great products based on our individual needs. Definitely worth a visit!
I would have loved to leave a positive review but it's hard when it was 6:50 and you walk up to the store and the associate acts all annoyed that you come in 10 minutes before she closes. Made a comment that she was going to lock the door so she could start closing but she'll wait now. Because of that, I decided this store wasn't getting any money from me today and we walked out so she could lock the door early. Usually everyone there is helpful but not the girl who closed on 6/22/24.
