I was there a couple weeks ago and the young lady was very very helpful. Very friendly in there.
Staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked to see or try a product, I was told I could not stay in the store because they couldn’t provide a sample. No explanation or assistance offered; behavior felt dismissive and rude. The staff member at the counter, possibly a manager, was particularly unprofessional.
